The location was pretty good! It was easy to walk to nearby attractions.
The breakfast service was really slow. It took ages to get our food! My room had a strange smell, kind of like old food and dampness combined. The bathroom lacked heating so it was uncomfortably cold.

The breakfast service was prompt. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they ensured the breakfast was plentiful and hot!!! I found on-site parking convenient in the car park located for the adjacent hotel. My room was spacious with large and comfy beds. Pillows were very nice.
The room was located on an upper floor, so the stairs were a bit challenging.

The room had great shower facilities and was very clean. The beds provided excellent comfort,. The room size was adequate, not too small, offering enough space to feel relaxed .

This hotel has great access to all the amenities in the town centre. I could easily walk to numerous shops and restaurants. I appreciated its central position. It made exploring the area very easy.

The room was super clean. i had a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. breakfast was excellent, such a treat! check in was so simple. It made arrival stress-free. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the town center.
the parking situation could be improved as it's on the street. it wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.

staff were friendly. and helpful. the check-in process was efficient. i got all the information i needed quickly. communication felt easy and personal, really setting a positive tone.

The room had tea making facilities. this was really convenient for an early morning drink. a visitor's lounge was available. This allowed guests to relax and socialize outside of their rooms. everything felt well maintained.
